Open Group Performance Training
At V-Fit, Dr. Matt welcomes anyone and everyone, no matter what your training experience and current fitness level may be! Open group performance training is a cost-efficient, comprehensive, all-in-one, results-proven fitness and wellness system that will target every area of your body!
Private Performance Training
Dr. Matt’s private performance training is 100% individualized programming, including 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and Small Private Group (3-6 clients per session). Clients receive 100% individualized attention during every training session, which helps to optimally drive the progression of their extremely personal, goal-specific, and detailed program!
Online Nutrition
Online, you can work with Dr. Matt from anywhere around the World and receive the guidance, mentorship, and coaching that will help you to bring everything together and achieve your goals! Because, consistent and results-proven NUTRITION practices ENHANCE our improvements in fitness, performance, and wellness!
