At V-Fit, Dr. Matt welcomes anyone and everyone, no matter what your training experience and current fitness level may be!

Open group performance training is a comprehensive, all-in-one fitness and wellness system that will target every area of your body. Within days, you’ll learn how to MOVE better, you’ll FEEL significantly better, and you’ll receive a level of motivation, encouragement, and positivity that you’ve never had before, during each and every workout!

Since 2003, Dr. Matt has continued to refine and perfect his group training methods to allow his clients to experience a multitude of life-altering benefits, which include:

  • Fat loss and weight management
  • Increases in total body muscular endurance, strength, and power, as well as functional lean tissue
  • Enhancements in cardiovascular performance, heart health, stamina, work capacity, and athletic performance
  • An augmented sense of self-efficacy, well-being, and quality of Life

During these training sessions, Dr. Matt accommodates various fitness levels and physical capabilities through his expertise in implementing endless modifications to decrease and/or increase the level of difficulty and intensity of any given workout. Above all, Dr. Matt emphasizes safety, injury prevention, and a proper, long-term progression of fitness and wellness improvement for each one of his clients.

Small group training that is properly and effectively coached and directed is, indeed, the new wave of optimized training for fitness and wellness. These sessions will give you the individualized feel of a private, one-on-one training session, in addition to the motivating and uplifting energy level of a group workout. You will complete training sessions that are just as fun as they are challenging, within a system that keeps all of us accountable and consistent. This type of culture and environment will undoubtedly be life-changing, for the absolute best!

Currently, Dr. Matt offers 20 open group performance training sessions throughout the week, in order to fully meet the needs of your schedule. There are three distinct sessions:

  • Foundation-Building, which is for entry-level, beginner clients with minimal to no experience training; it’s the perfect starting point!
  • Next Level Intermediate-Advanced, which is for trainees who already have training experience and are prepared to take their fitness, performance, and wellness to the Next Level!
  • Student-Athlete Performance Excellence, which is for youth, high school, and collegiate-level student-athletes with a desire to improve their speed, agility, quickness, explosive power, conditioning, mobility, and more!
