As a practitioner, I’ve witnessed this truth for over 14 years, and I created V-Fit, because I became unacceptably frustrated from being immersed in systems of fitness and healthcare that flat-out do not produce long-term results for their members, clients, and patients.
So, I am here to give you exactly what you need to finally realize true success: proper, consistent, results-proven guidance and coaching that is both science-backed and experience-tested and that you will be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
The reality is: YOUR Fitness and Wellness are not defined by performing at a high level for just short periods of time … They are defined by OUR pursuit to get better every single day.
My bottom line: YOUR success is personal and what matters most to me.
When it comes to improving fitness, performance, and health, a one-size-fits-all approach suits nobody very well. That’s why I’ve created a platform for achievement that goes above and beyond just sports performance or traditional healthcare. I connect my clients to the ingredients they need to perform at a high level day after day; and, these are the same ingredients that are vital to their health and wellness.

Why Fitness and Wellness? Without our health, we don’t have much left … to give, to experience, or to create.
The choice we have is really only two-fold:
1) We ARE consistently doing what it takes to achieve optimum health, or
2) We ARE NOT consistently doing what it takes to achieve optimum health.
Along everyone’s fitness and wellness journey there comes at least one moment when you need to decide. You’re a bit drained from work, you have errands to run, you have a family that you constantly think about caring for, etc. Still, no matter what your Life demands are, the need to take care of your health, body, and mind will never go away, AND … we cannot take care of others, unless, FIRST, we take care of ourselves.
No matter what your goals are, V-Fit is the place where you will see them come to fruition. Maybe, it’s steadily losing body fat and/or gaining lean muscle mass, to complete a half-marathon, or to simply be healthy enough to play with your kids and/or grandkids. Regardless, we can achieve it, and we can do it with purpose, positivity, and in a time-efficient way.

Experience Results That Will Last
My clients see me, in-person, anywhere from 2 to 4 times per week for approximately 1-hour training sessions. So, on average, I am with my clients for 3 hours total PER WEEK, which means that all I need is 1.8% of your WEEKLY time! 1.8% for you to finally breakthrough and attain a new level of fitness and wellness. 1.8%.
We all have that 1.8% to give, and we know that we do. For most, it’s simply a matter of accountability, sustainability, and making their fitness, health, and wellness a priority.
