Dr. Matt’s private performance training is 100% individualized programming, including 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and Small Private Group (3-6 clients per session). Clients receive 100% complete and individualized attention during every training session, which helps to maximally and efficiently drive the progression of an extremely personal, goal-specific, and detailed program.

Private Performance Training Schedule
All private performance training is scheduled to accommodate your personal schedule, by appointment only. All private performance training sessions carry over from month-to-month, so they can be used at any time, even if there are (unforeseen) gaps in your training routine.
